BuildingCX is a real-time platform for building commissioning — the checklists, functional tests, issue tracking, and handover paperwork that get a building from installed to accepted.
Five connected modules cover the commissioning workflow end to end: a self-populating progress tracker, digital pre-functional checklists, pass/fail functional testing, deficiency tracking, and an auto-assembled closeout package. Commissioning agents run the project, contractors fill their own sections for free, and owners get a read-only portal into the same live record — no more re-typing one trade’s PDF into another spreadsheet.
We’re early stage — a small team, launched publicly in May 2026. The product runs on our own self-hosted infrastructure rather than being resold from a third-party platform.
Self-serve, no credit card to start: one active project and up to three team members are free for as long as you want it, and contractor accounts are always free — they never count against your seats. We only get involved directly for volume pricing on larger portfolios.
