Digital forms — module 02
Measured values, notes and N/A are real fields, not workarounds. Several contractors fill their own sections at once, and the trades sign before the CxA approves.

The form is the record here, not a scan of one.
Measured values, free-text notes and an explicit N/A are their own field types, separate from a pass/fail tick — so a checklist can ask for the actual static pressure instead of a glance at the gauge. What gets recorded is what happened on site.

A section is scoped to a trade. Three contractors can be filling in their own parts of the same form on the same day — the same device or three different ones — with nobody locking anyone else out.

Submitting locks the fields; only the commissioning agent can move a submitted checklist to Approved. That status change is what the tracker and closeout package both key off.

Submitted locks the fields. The commissioning agent can unlock the checklist so the correction can be made and re-signed.
