The agreement between you (or your firm) and BuildingCX for using the product.
By creating an account or using BuildingCX, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent. These terms are between you and [PLACEHOLDER — needs counsel: legal entity name, registration, and registered address for BuildingCX].
BuildingCX is commissioning-management software: digital pre-functional checklists, functional test scripts, an issue tracker, a self-populating progress tracker, and closeout document assembly, on one shared data model across a project.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what your account submits, and for keeping your login credentials to yourself.
CxA firms subscribe on a per-organization, annual, flat-fee plan; a free tier and a paid tier with a higher project limit are both available, with custom volume pricing above that — current pricing is always shown on the pricing section of the homepage, which is authoritative over anything stated here. Contractor and Owner/PM accounts are always free. Subscriptions are billed in advance and, unless stated otherwise at signup, do not auto-refund for partial periods.
You (or your organization) own the project data you put into BuildingCX. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train any model or product outside of operating BuildingCX itself for you.
Don't use BuildingCX to store or transmit anything you don't have the right to share, to attempt to access another organization's data, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
You can stop using BuildingCX at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms or nonpayment, with notice where practical.
[PLACEHOLDER — needs counsel: warranty disclaimers, liability cap, and governing law/jurisdiction for these terms]
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
