Questions from owners and PMs

Do I need to create an account?

No. The portal is reached via a link the CxA sends you — no signup, no password.

Can I make changes, or only view?

View only. The portal is read-only by design; contractors and the CxA are the ones entering data.

What if I lose the link?

Ask the CxA to resend it, or have them issue you a new one — they control who holds an active portal link at any time.

Do I get anything besides the live portal view?

Yes — a full PDF handover package once the project closes out, assembled from everything that's already been submitted and approved, not just what's visible on the portal.
